A Ramadan journal to help you make the most of the month
Journal Review:Ramadan Reflections A guided journal
The way this book came into my hands acted as a reminder of rizq, and how Allah truly does provide.
Ramadan reflections is a a guided journal in which each chapter, to be completed daily, is divided into 3 sections; reflections from by the author herself, followed by a dua invitation and then prompts for the reader to write down thier own thoughts.
The author really is a talented writer and you can tell her words come from a place of wisdom, soul and a deep love of Islam. I’ve also been watching honest tea talk for a while, a youtube podcast which the author is a part of, so had a feeling that I would love this. And I most certainly was not mistaken.
I couldn’t be more grateful to have recieved this book. I won this book in a giveaway on Instagram (cute, I know). How and when this journal came to me was particularly special because as my first Ramadan as a new mum with a lot less free time, it allowed me to feel connected to the month in a different way. Doing each chapter became part of my daily routine, and gave me a moment of pause and reflection amidst busy and tiring days. The prompts were especially helpful.
Overall, a beautiful aid to Ramadan and a moment of pause in a month that is so sacred.
